My masterclasses aim to address skills beyond improvisation & ensemble playing. As a self proclaimed “late bloomer” myself, I can speak from experience that musical skill alone is not the only trait required to lead a successful career. I work closely with the director to create both engaging musical programs but meaningful skills off the bandstand as well.
